For the past 20 years, Milton has been helping individuals and organizations come to grips with a transforming world. His expertise lies in taking dysfunctional, non-performing groups of people and turning them into creative, productive, and effective teams.

Milton brings insight, energy and humour to leading highly effective teams from 10 to 200 people. In his years of international hotel experience, his career has taken him all across Canada and into Europe. He has held positions with Hilton International and Sheraton as well as independent hotels.  Milton is a recipient of the Gold Key Award from the Alberta Hotel Association.

A founder of CorporateEdgeCoaching™, Milton has a vibrant and adventurous style of presentation to individual clients and groups.
 
 
Carol Sachowski, CHRP, CEC
 

Carol has a 15+ year reputation as an expert HR professional and Certified Executive Coach. That expertise, combined with her desire to help people do more than they ever dreamed possible - translates perfectly into Carol’s current focus as a dynamic and engaging coach, mentor advisor and author.

Carol is founder of couhrage™ and storycoaching™ Inc.  She is a volunteer member of the Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care HR Committee in Toronto, a regular speaker of the International Customer Service Association - Toronto Chapter, member of the International Coaching Federation and of the British Columbia Human Resource Management Association, where she is a regular contributor to its PeopleTalk magazine.

Carol has worked with clients in Canada, the USA, Brazil and the Caribbean.
 
 
 
Background on Corporate Edge Coaching
 
Corporate Edge was born out of the need to address issues of change and development within teams and individuals. More and more it has become apparent to us that for businesses and individuals to succeed in the 21st century they must not only embrace change but also become the catalysts for change.

Managing change is perhaps the most important skill a manager, an individual, can master.

Inherent in the process of change are feelings of fear, denial, and anxiety. How can a manager, an individual, embrace and effect change when all these emotions are present?

We believe that our coaching model responds to the needs of teams and individuals by addressing the underlying concerns, feelings and focusing on the opportunity that change invariably brings.

It honours, celebrates and puts to work the gifts and talents of each individual and highlights the importance of them within the team. Once an individual recognises their worth and that the fear they feel is actually holding them (and the team) back then we can move onto looking at the issues present:

Coaching has always been present in our communities. Athletes have always had coaches and as business people we have all had the opportunity the meet and work with some outstanding people.
